Butterflies
by lena on Jul.27, 2010, under Nature, Slideshow blog
We have so many butterflies living in our neighborhood – actually so many that our cats have started getting bored chasing them…
I generally keep a camera ready and try to see if one shows up who likes it’s picture taken – some of them actually do and will pose and spin around and flap their wings so you can shoot them from different angles – very interesting and fun to do
Orgonite art
by lena on Jul.18, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
Got a frame for a very different purpose and then decided to cast this little olive oil dish which makes pieces that look like a flag when you put them together to see what happened if I inserted it into the frame. Lots of potential there…
Casting Jewelry making supplies
by lena on Jul.03, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
I was sent some jewelry making supplies by a friend and tried casting them into HHG’s.
The gold leaf made a very nice tip on the HHG.
The other leaf was made from some kind of mineral but the only way it will show is from the right angle… and that does not include viewing the piece from the top.
The coloring on both of these are Pearl-Ex pigments for the main part.
Shot glass mini’s
by lena on Jul.01, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
Started making little pieces in shot glasses and it quickly became a daily thing… the daily six pack – since they are just so cute when you put them all together and it makes for a very happy table
For the tops I used pink tourmaline, garnet, peridot, amethyst, citrine, snowflake obsidian, moon stone, lapis lazuli, rose quartz, aventurine, amazonite, carnelian and blue howlite (which actually didn’t come out well cause it’s dyed and the resin will take off the dye). I also did some with chrysocolla beads which look like little planets.
They all have a herkimer diamond as the main driver crystal but all also have a piece of nano orgonite in the bottoms.
Summer pieces
by lena on Jun.25, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
Lots have been poured this month and have also been giving away a lot to a point where I don’t have any of the pieces you see here left – which makes for a great gifting time
The only piece in this batch I did not make was the black and gold pyramid which was made by hubby but it came out so amazing I wanted to share.
Learned how to make a version of Starseeds induction TB’s and every induction TB that I have made so far has been sent, though I have not buried any myself yet. Did some ice tests on those that I will post later.
Enjoy!
Orgone mini’s
by lena on Apr.14, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
Made a bunch of little mini’s as gifts and tried different colorings. They all contain little double terminated herkimer diamonds and some of them also have added garnet, peridot or tourmaline.

Random spring pieces of orgone
by lena on Apr.14, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
It is so wonderful to have enough sunshine to let pieces cure outside. Have been playing with layers of iron oxide and it turns out a shiny black surface and I’m going to just use it for layers from now on. Made a charging plate and just love the way it came out – funny how you can use the exact same ingredients for what you think is the same kind of piece and some of them just turn out so sweet
Been making lots of TB’s and helped with several CB’s and it’s been a good month for pouring.

More happy colors
by lena on Mar.08, 2010, under Orgone, Slideshow blog
Spent yesterday leisurely pouring and made about a hundred TB’s and four HHG’s. The HHG’s are such fun to make and I’ve been going kinda crazy with the colors lately. These have tips with carnelian, citrine, hematite and amethyst and one good size Tibetan DT in each along with kyanite, selenite and a nano orgonite dot. Metals are steel, aluminum, brass, copper and titanium. Working hard to get those bubble free tips and they don’t always come out but it’s a temperature issue and I’m getting better at it.
More colors

Have been using a lot more colors and symbols in my pieces this month. I love the way the suns peep through the lens of the HHG and the way the pink tourmaline looks on the tip of the pink one. I have one of those suns attached to my power box with a magnet. I also have another one on a wall where we drilled a small hole into it to attach a string.
